My Company
Boutique Brand by Beata Kowalczyk was created because of passion to hotels and hospitality. It offers the wide range of activities and services connected with, broadly speaking, hotels.

I specialize in counselling, as well as managing the hotel investment during the final stages of building, before opening. Usually, it requires coordinating activities connected with the construction work, ordering facilities and furniture, organization of the particular hotel departments, recruitment, selections and training of the newly-employed staff.

Personally, I think that setting up work standards, optimization of daily hotel procedures and proper selection of operating systems not only have a significant impact on quality of the hotel itself, but also determine the level of staff work, who are the fundamental element of hotel’s guest service.

Implementing of the new developing brand, establishing of PR tasks, building the marketing strategy, setting up standard operations procedures to each department, introducing ZZL based on modern motivating systems, building up sales and price politics, which all together eventually leads to the categorization process and introducing the product to the market are not only great motivation but also an exciting challenge for me and my staff.

I also deal with consulting and advising related to quality and standard of the hotel services and facilitation of daily procedures and processes. I take part in various projects, under Akademia Krakowska, The Polish Open University and the Gdansk University, connected with education and development of abilities and skills of hotel specialists such as teachers, leaders and managers.

Giving every endeavor special values is what makes the uniqueness of my undertakings.
